Bill Haynes

Bill Haynes is the General Manager for MIE Solutions. Haynes joined the business in 2024 to lead the MIE Solutions operations and is responsible for developing and executing the strategic, operational, and financial plans that drive the profitability and growth of MIE Solutions. Prior to joining MIE Solutions, Haynes was a Vice President for Forterro’s Abas business unit where he led Abas operations in North America. Before Forterro, Haynes worked for companies, such as Allied Solutions, Consona Corporation, and Aptean (formed with the merger of Consona and CDC Software). While at Consona/Aptean, Haynes was part of a leadership team that grew annual revenue from $30 million to just under $200 million. Haynes also spent several years in supply chain management, designing and implementing simulation-based manufacturing scheduling systems for Fortune 500 companies. Haynes also spent more than 5 years as the Production Manager for a job shop that supplied the Aerospace industry. Haynes brings more than 25 years of technology/software experience to MIE Solutions, with extensive experience in the manufacturing and financial services industries. Haynes has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
