Automation Increases Productivity - Data-Driven Analytics Proves It

11:00 am – 11:45 am Basic

Adding a robot or cobot increases productivity — but do you really know how efficiently you’re operating? By embracing connected systems, data analytics and QA/QC software technologies, you can make decisions based on data insights, not gut feeling or mere parts count. For example, by analyzing data, a manufacturer of agricultural equipment with 30 robots realized that some of its production lines had bottlenecks that resulted from poor fit-up at tack welding stations. By eliminating that and other issues, the manufacturer gained an additional 500 production hours per month.

In this presentation, we will discuss why analyzing data is critical when making an automation investment. We will discuss how low-cost, high yield analytic tools can determine what's really important and which data is critical to your automation success. We will discuss improvements in welding productivity, efficiency, and quality management by using case studies of real customers and real data.

From Data to Action: Low-Code Solutions for the Modern Factory

11:45 am – 12:30 pm Basic

In today’s manufacturing environment, using data effectively is key to staying competitive. However, many companies face challenges such as disconnected systems, limited IT resources, and slow development processes.

In this session, you’ll learn how low-code platforms help teams on the factory floor quickly connect machines, combine data sources, and create real-time dashboards, without needing advanced programming skills. These tools make it faster and easier to turn data into useful insights and support better decision-making.

Join us to see how modern factories use low-code technology to improve efficiency and respond to issues in real time. You’ll leave with practical ideas on how to turn your data into real results.
