HGG is excited to return to FABTECH with two solutions designed for different segments of the steel fabrication industry and mechanical contractors. Visitors can experience the APC, our high-performance robotic profile cutting solution developed specifically for structural steel fabrication, alongside the ProCutter 600, our entry-level tube cutting machine for mechanical contractors. Both machines are powered by ProCAM, HGG's advanced processing software.
The APC is built for high-volume structural steel processing, offering precision, flexibility, and automation to handle complex profiles efficiently. The ProCutter 600 provides an accessible and reliable solution for tube cutting, making it ideal for workshops looking to step into automated processing with a compact and user-friendly machine.
Over the past year, ProCAM has continued to evolve based on customer feedback, further supporting efficient workflows and seamless integration with existing processes. Recent developments include enhanced support for DSTV editing, allowing fabricators to make practical adjustments directly within the software, as well as expanded capabilities for tube profiles tailored specifically to structural steel applications. These developments also include support for macros that can be defined according to AWS standards or specified within a WPS.
