    Christian Grindle is the Principal Forming Automation Specialist at MC Machinery Systems in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. With over 15 years of industry experience, Christian has held roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, and machine tool sales. He has extensive expertise in CAPEX planning, system design, process engineering and implementation, and lean manufacturing. He has a proven track record of building new processes and teams – most notably leading the introduction and implementation of a new automated product line from Europe to the U.S. market. “I love building processes and products from the ground up, and I especially love building up people.”
