Overview

Whether your company is looking to upgrade an existing powder finishing system or install a new one, identifying the proper method of processing parts will contribute to the overall success of your powder coating operation. This session will explore the main drivers of batch vs. automated finishing processes, how and when to introduce automation equipment, and best practices for obtaining a higher throughput of products.     Having been in the finishing industry for nearly 30 years, Frank has held numerous roles with application and booth recovery systems. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Porcelain Enamel Institute, holds multiple patents on powder systems, and speaks at Finishing Events throughout the country.

    Circle-Prosco, Inc.
    Biography
    Jeff Blain is Regional Manager for Circle-Prosco, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, and master's degree in business administration both from the University of Southern California. Jeff has worked for Circle Prosco in China and North America for the past 10 years with current emphasis on sales and new business development for CPI’s pretreatment and passivation technologies. He is a resourceful manufacturing nut that loves to meet new people, learn about their processes, and develop creative solutions to move them forward. His kids call him MacGyver for a reason, and as you can see it's not about the mullet.
